Mindfulness

Have you ever been asked:  “What is alive in you?” or “What do you need to make life more wonderful in this present moment?” Marshall Rosenburg asks both in his game changing framework Non Violent Communication.

My vision is to move away from describing our day as good, and our mood as hungry, angry, lonely, or tired and come back to the awareness of our body by checking-in and communicating more intentionally to one another. This process can be begin by expanding our emotional vocabulary and bringing more authentic communication into the world around us.

We incorporate progressive muscle relaxation, live hang drum, wellness wishes, neuro affirming books and spoken meditations to complete the program. 

​

Verbal check-ins will be modelled again to demonstrate what feelings are present in the body after movement and conscious regulation.
