Music

Sing Move Regulate will include a theme song, chosen for its powerful words and message. Listen out for your child singing along in their own homes. This is our intention! Theme song will be included at the beginning of each workshop.

Live music provides a point of interest for many children therefore beginning with live music will be an intentional way of engaging the children and supporting them to make the first step forward into the space. We have a playlist of carefully selected songs all reflecting a positive growth mindset, some of the songs are instrumental only and many are multi lingual.

Instruments will be provided to the children, if they feel called to join in.
